How text messaging works on the Zeenphi platform — both the messages we send you as a Customer, and the messages your AI agent sends your callers.
Before this page goes liveThis page is what Twilio's/The Campaign Registry's messaging-vetting process expects a live, linked page to say. Confirm the exact opt-in flow, message samples, and A2P 10DLC campaign details with Extendly (who runs the registration) before treating this as final, and have Acerti Legal confirm TCPA alignment.
Text messages connected to Zeenphi fall into two distinct categories, each with its own registration and rules:
| Program | Who it's between | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Zeenphi business messaging | Zeenphi → you, the Customer | Account, billing, onboarding, and support notifications about your subscription. |
| Your call follow-up messaging | Your AI agent → your callers | Booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and missed-call follow-up texts sent to people who called your business. |
Program description: account notifications, billing alerts, onboarding steps, and support replies related to your Zeenphi subscription.
How you opt in: by providing your phone number at signup and agreeing to these Terms, you consent to receive these operational text messages from us.
Message frequency: varies based on account activity; typically a handful of messages during onboarding and as needed afterward.
Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving non-essential texts from us, or reply HELP for help. Note that opting out of texts does not cancel your subscription; see our Cancellation & Refund Policy for that.
Program description: when someone calls your business and reaches your Zeenphi AI agent, the agent may follow up by text with a booking confirmation, appointment details, or a callback message if the call was missed. These messages relate directly to a call the person just placed to your business.
How opt-in works: because these messages respond to a call the person initiated to your business, consent is established by that inbound contact. You, as the Customer, are responsible for ensuring your own disclosures to your callers (for example, on your own website, voicemail greeting, or ongoing messages) are accurate and satisfy any consent requirements that apply to your business.
Message frequency: tied to call volume — typically one to a few messages per call handled.
Cost: message and data rates may apply to your caller's mobile plan.
Opt out: your callers can reply STOP to any message to stop receiving further texts related to that conversation, or reply HELP for help.
Carrier registration: before your number sends SMS, your business is registered with the wireless carriers through the A2P 10DLC process (handled for you during onboarding). This is what keeps your messages from being blocked or flagged as spam.
This program does not include marketing textsZeenphi is built inbound-only: it never sends outbound marketing, promotional, or cold-outreach text messages to people who haven't contacted your business first. See our AI & Call-Recording Disclosure page.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. For help with any text message from a Zeenphi-powered number, reply HELP, or contact the business you were communicating with directly.
